I've been living here since the end of January & I must say its been great so far. The staff in the leasing office is so nice! My apartment is legit & when we requested maintenance they showed up very fast. Everyone that lives here is friendly! Glad I chose this complex
I moved into the villages about 2 years ago. I must say that it is a pretty amazing community. Of all the great things their maintenence staff takes care of business. I recently placed 4 requests dishwasher, bathtub seal, a carpet issue and a broken screen. All of my issues were resolved within 48 hours of my requests being placed. I was ecstatic to come home and everything being fixed!!!! Thank you maintenence staff!!!!
I went into the villages looking to rent. I was reluctant to rent based on the Yelp reviews. I went in anyway, I ended up meeting with a manager, I think her name was Liz. I went on to renting a 2 bedroom, and I am ecstatic. The management was awesome and helpful, the grounds are well kept and I'm very happy about my new place.
I've lived here for a few years and have loved it!! The staff as has been helpful and courteous especially Nikki!! She is my go to gal!! I've only ever had one major issue living here and they jumped through hoops to help me when they didn't need to. All maintenance request are taken care of within 24 hours of the request being put in. The villages of Monterey put together little events for the residents through out the year.
