I have lived here for numerous years and i have to say their maintenance team is second to none...especially Tim...he makes sure whatever i need gets taken care of when he gets my tickets...minimal wait time for anything..1 day max...and right away for emergencies. The grounds are kept emaculate..love how they take care of us ��

Love it here! Great spot in Oceanside that is close to a lot of shopping and eating. The amenities are very nice and I love the overall look and feel of the Villages. Great spot!
I recently moved back to Oceanside and Villages of Monterey, when I lived here last my wife and I had a one bedroom close to the fitness center but with my family expanding we decided to rent out a two bedroom. They have renovated their units since we lived here last which was a big plus. There are new people in the office who have been very pleasant to work with during our move back into the states. We are happy to have rented again.
What a great place to live� the staff really takes care of their residents as well maintenance does a great job thanks villages of Monterey🖒�
Love this place so much! Apts are very clean and the staff is just wonderful!
