Seriously don’t rent here. The people managing the property are awful. They truly don’t care they just want your money. Maintenance never fixes work orders. Maintenance never comes by to even check on work orders. Property management team acts like you are the problem when you go by the office to get an update on when the work orders will be fixed. DO NOT EVEN TRY!!! don't waste your time. been here since August and it's like jumping over obstacles trying to get any form of maintenance. office never answers the phone, and I believe it's the assistant manager? barely ever in office, she double parks and parks in handicapped first of all, secondly I don't think she understands the health inconveniences that are major issues. this place is INFESTED with German roaches. they don't really spray well. we've been without a microwave since August their only answer is "oh it's ... read more
Really went down hill. Sems like it just takes a pulse to be able to rent from here. Didn't feel safe.
Miss Daniela was extremely helpful by showing me multiple apartments and walked me through the difference price ranges they offered
My experience here has been great so far! Hayden has been great and is always on top of things. My neighbors and most of the community are really nice and are there for each-other.
