At the moment,not a very good place to live. Poor and Malicious Management. Moved Out in Dec. Couldn't have made a better choice. Always problems with maintenance and property manager will rent to just about anybody to try and fill vacancy. Was a great place my first year there but when managers changed, so did the value of the property. Here I am in the end of March and she's barely sending me an email stating I owe $ for water and trash.. I moved out in Dec.. We've been here since July. Upon arrival we communicated with management our issues with the parking lot right outside our windows (people blaring music at all times of the day and night, obnoxiously loud cars, etc which is supposedly againt the rules but they do nothing about it) and that we wanted to change units. we were told multiple times we could change apartments on our 6th month mark. My experience here has been great , Page is an amazing property manager . Any issue I had she was always there ready to help resolve the issue . She has made my stay here amazing couldn’t ask for a better property manager .
I’ve been living here at the Villages for over 8 months and I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment complex’s I have ever lived in. Paige and Hayden made the move in process so quick and easy. Made me feel like family since I’m from California. I would definitely recommend living here for future residents.
