RecommendedI’ve lived here for almost 9 months and haven’t had any issues! Management is very attentive as well as maintenance. I put in a service request and maintenance came out to resolve the problem the very next day!

Nice place horrible parking they will tow your car at any given time. Family and friends can't po ark there they will tow anyone after 10pm regardless if you live there or not
This was one of the worst places I lived due to the fact that the staff is very disconnected from the tenants! They host several community events only for appearances because-they could actually care less about the tenants! Parking sucks for tenants, maintenance takes forever, and I was just unhappy living there! So glad to be gone
I’ve lived at VBF for 6 years and I love it. The office staff are great. They are always helpful, very nice and always wanting to make sure everything is going well. Maintenance always does a great job too. It’s a wonderful place to live.
We absolutely love living here! The complex is so nice and very quiet and couldn’t ask for a better leasing staff! Great affordable pricing! I would recommend The Villages of Briar Forest to everyone
