I have lived here for 3 years. I hear all sorts of complaints about it. Believe me I have lived in places that are far worse. Try the Albert Pike Hotel before you complain about it here. These complainers just look for things to complain about. If you keep away from them and mind your own business then your apartment can be your own piece of Heaven. I have lived here since August, 2022. There have been other managers and different office staff. I would like to thank Letty, manager, and Delia, office, for the wonderful atmosphere they have provided us as residents. They maintain the grounds and are prompt with maintenance and other requests. They are consistent, respectful, and fair with me if any issue arises. They recognize my disabilities and are very kind and accommodating to my needs whenever possible. This is a convenient place to live. People who work here are friendly. Manager Letty is doing great improving the property. If something needs repaired in your apartment, it is fixed quickly.
I would never recommend this place to anyone even though they're trying to bribe people to with $700! DO NOT LIVE HERE! CONS: *apartments are not well built, dirty and poorly lit, with electrical problems *yearly flooding in lower apartments *crime problems and homeless/random strangers harassing residents *severe roach and flea infestations *maintenance will never come and fix anything thats broken, your service requests will just be marked as completed *fire alarms going of constantly, day and night *office tries to enact ... read more
It is odd that a woman at this apartment complex is Harrarass by a man for months. Touch inappropriate. Filed a 311 report But I Harrarass him if I don't stop filing 311 I will get a lease violation. Here at this place if you go missing 45 minutes they do I wellness check. Also if some approaches cussing at you you better not sa a word. But this woman has been in prison. Hit woman here.
