No ice maker, and no sign or courtesy notice to where a where a working one was. Tv took time to get working and finishes need paint, carpets tile and rugs. Just falling off 5 star just a little work and it’s there.
Stayed twice already. Both times service was exceptional. Rooms are large, accommodating and the beds are comfy! I plan on returning often!

RecommendedStayed here for almost a month when I first moved to Ashland, and wish I could live here. Beautiful hotel, excellent customer service, outstanding breakfast included, and the Luna Cafe restaurant has amazingly delicious food and drink choices. I highly recommend a stay here!
