Outstanding customer service! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Luna Cafe has excellent food. Very accommodating to pets. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommending to friends.
Business response:
Thank you so much for the kind words. We certainly cherish our staff and what they do for our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon
It's absolutely beautiful. The decor, pool, green trees surrounding. It's all just stunning!
Love this place, very clean, the staff is Awesome. Plan on staying here again in the future. Can't say enough about the staff, very nice and professional
Very clean, comfy beds lots of pillows and very nice staff
Groupon price was reasonable. Room was clean with a balcony view. Ashland Hills is located just down the street from Caldera Brewery. You could walk to it if you wanted to. Next to I-5 but without the highway noise.
Woke up to yelling and screaming on the grounds during one early Sunday morning, police on the scene making more noise. Could have done without that, otherwise, the place is ok, very 70's.
Business response:
Thank you so much for the review. We hope to see you another time
We arrived from So Cal on Sunday. We had been driving for about 12 hours. The hotel is beautiful and clean. We asked to be placed where we could see the rolling hills. They upgraded us at no extra charge. We love our stay!!! The front desk staff were so nice! The beds clean and very comfy. Bathroom very clean. The FLOOR is even comfy to walk on. (if you could picture that) LOL I would highly recommend staying here. The pics are beautiful but you need to see the hotel and we're it's nestled at to truly appreciate what I am ta... read more

Thank you so much Mrs. Holbrook for your review. We hope to welcome you back each time you travel through or visit Ashland!
Fun 70's retro hotel. Well appointed, nicely decorated. Lovely suites with all the comforts of home. Average breakfast. Aside from the aesthetics, they are lacking in friendly, helpful service. Guests should be made to feel welcome rather than an irritation or problem. Front desk gal was unprofessional and rude.
