If it were not for finding Avery I would have quickly given up our attempt at breastfeeding after a frustrating and emotional start! Even after consulting with Avery for the first time I was still not optimistic. Thankfully Avery was readily available for questions / concerns and a constant reassurance and now after 10 weeks I can't believe how easy it's gotten. Avery and Jen are great business partners looking out for the best interest of breastfeeding mom's and their babies!
I highly recommend the services SJBC provides. The lactation consultants are very knowledgeable and supportive. And, the weekly support group has been so helpful during my breastfeeding journey. Also, they offer some great classes (e.g., starting solids, infant massage, CPR, baby wearing).
I am so thankful that I found SJBC. The lactation consultants are amazing and have helped to make my breastfeeding journey so special. I look forward to the mommy meet-ups every week, and have met so many supportive, encouraging women that have helped every step of the way!
I highly recommend sjbc. The lactation consultants are knowledgable and resourceful. If they don't know the answer to questions, they will research until they do! They saved my breastfeeding experience a few times due to various issues! Bonus: they offer wonderful support groups and informative, useful workshops too!
A great support system for mommas. This was my third child but the first one I breastfed...a totally different experience that I wish I shared with my first 2. Jen & Avery were so helpful as well as all of the mommas in the group.
