I’m so glad I took the Evidence Based Birth classes. On my Facebook I update all my friends on what’s going on in my pregnancy. I have a lot of friends around the country that I’ve gotten pretty close to and they are just so excited for my husband and I. Excellent resources, classes and community. I spent 2-3 days a week here during maternity leave, it was a wonderful excuse to get out of the house and connect to other new moms.
The Village is an amazing hub of resources for everything in the perinatal timespan. I’ve been able to not only find amazing resources but find MY PEOPLE here! From education to mental health services, lactation consultants and support The Village is just that- the village of people helping you through the journey of parenthood. Thanks so much for providing services to our community and helping to build our community! I couldn’t recommend them more!
I absolutely loved going to breastfeeding support group every Tuesday morning while on maternity leave. I looked forward to it each week and it kept me sane. So thankful to have such a wonderful place nearby!
Best place for new and veteran moms!! Baby friendly and they really focus on whole body wellness. Originally went for lactation consultant and Avery saved me from quitting breastfeeding all together. Once there I realized I could get even more than that, you really gain a village!!
I cannot say enough good things about The Village. I felt like all of my postpartum needs could be met in one place with people who I felt were genuinely invested in my journey. From lactation consultations to mommy & me workout classes I think the majority of my maternity leave was spent at there. I feel like they saved my breastfeeding journey and I continue to remember tips & tricks I learned from the knowledgeable lactation consultants.
I will always recommend this place to every expecting or new mama I know. ❤️ This place has saved my breastfeeding journey over and over again, and introduced me to a whole network of moms and babies. I’ve made great friends here and received and given help. When my daughter was a newborn, Tuesdays at group got me through the week. Every community should have a place like this.
At the Village I found the support that any FTM needs during those first hard weeks with my baby girl. I am so happy I found them.
