We were in need of an inspection prior to our one-year warranty period. He performed the inspection within 24 hours and provided a very detailed report the following day. He thoroughly performed the inspection of our home and found several items the we would have missed. He was very polite and answered any questions I had and at the end of the inspection he showed me, using the photos he had taken, the items that needed correction. Great job. Fast and courteous.
Artie was timely, courteous and performed his inspection without interruption to the household. He sent the report directly to my insurance carrier and a copy to me as well. Artie also took the time to explain the report and show me pictures of the related information. His price was fair and actually 1/2 of what I was quoted elsewhere. I would recommend The Village Home Inspector to anyone requiring this service.

In California the Home Inspection is much more comprehensive, covering fixtures, plumbing electrical etc.However, the inspection you did was as good in its scope as I am used to. Thank you. Robert T*******
