WORST Experience Ever If I could I wouldn't even put one star for this establishment. I have been taking my dog here for about 3 years now; until now. In the beginning they did a great job, but as the years passed the quality of work diminished. The past few times when I have picked up my dog he has had knicks in random areas on his body. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that my dog may have moved unexpectedly or some kind of mistake like that. Great people I brough my dog several times to be washed/groomed by Andrea and her folks at the Village Dog. They did a great job for a fair price. Petsmart is a bit cheaper, but this is a bit more personal. They don't have as wide spanning hours as some, but if you live near Broad Ripple, this is a great place to take your pooch.
Convenient, responsive, economical My dog is skittish with his nail trims at home. Andria does a fantastic job of helping him relax and trim his nails quickly. when I call to schedule, they are responsive with calling me back. I always request Andria and they always accommodate my request. Very economical when compared to nail trims at vet. We have been going there for about 8 months now with no problems or concerns.
Love The Village Dog I love The Village Dog! I've been taking my dog there for years and Andrea always does such a wonderful job keeping her looking her best. I've taken Molly to other groomers in the past and have been very disatisfied with the quality of their work - one groomer even hurt her by grooming too aggressively - then charged me more because my dog was "unmanagable". They are very flexible in accomodating my needs, their hours of operation are easy to work with and their pricing is very competitive. An added bonu... read more
A 5 Star Establishment!! We have a standing appointment with Jenny at the Village Dog and I will never take my 'kids' any place else. I've tried PetSmart and Petco, they were less $$ but the grooming is 'adequate' at best, and my kids did not seem anxious to go back. When we go see Jenny they are excited, happy and always look wonderful when I pick them up.
