I used to love living in The Villages at Lakeshore Crossing...but Century, not so much! I was doing just fine paying for streaming services of my own choosing. Now I'm paying for cable and internet that goes out every time the wind blows! I was okay with taking out my own trash ...FOR FREE!! Now I'm paying for valet trash services that DON'T GET PICKED UP!! The space is beautiful here but I have unfortunately had one issue after another since moving in. It started before I moved in. I asked for a copy of the lease in advance but I did not get it until the day of move in. After 3 hours of waiting and paying the fees, I finally got the keys to move in. A few weeks in I got a call that they forgot to charge several fees and they demanded that I sign a new lease. They sent over the new lease, in which they included more charges.
