The maintenance guys are top notch!
New management has caused so many issues that need to be resolved. I have enjoyed living at this apartment for the most part. It has wonderful amenities and a great maintenance team. However, the recent unclear emails and unreasonable charges from the Management Team are unprofessional in ways. An example of this is that I was charged a trash violation fee, having to email back to find out why. Not to mention, there wasn’t a warning before we received this. I stayed here for 4 years, and I thoroughly enjoyed. They have a great team and Cheryl Mohammad was amazing and made the move out process seamless. This is a Great Complex and I would recommend it to anyone.
