This a wonderful apartment community and the staff is amazing!
I moved in here back in July of 2019 and I LOVE it!!The office girls Britney and Mary are so super sweet. The special events and parties they put together for the community are well planned and so put together. we try to join them all!! Maintenance here is also great. I call in any issues and usually within the day it's done and done right!!! I have no complaints!!! love you guys!!
This is the worse rental property. Everyone employed is incompetent and does not know how to do their job. Informed them of a leaking noise above us in our bathroom and we were told it was the ticking of a non working clock in the foyer. The ladies in office are incompetent to do anything else than taking your money for a sub par apartment. Do not rent from this place. Seriously, do not.

This place is fantastic! Mary is the sweetest person and has helped a ton! Definitely feels like home.
The Village at Elams Farms is a safe and reliable apartment with highly qualified staff members and highly certified security personnel. The safety of an entrance and exit gate, along with a security personnel protecting citizens within the complex, The Village at Elams Farms bring a friendly and family environment without the worries or criminal activities.
We have not rented an apartment in over 30 years, but Mary Lee Graham, the Leasing Consultant, has made the process so easy and enjoyable. We are so looking forward to making The Village at Elam Farms our new home.
Have lived here since May of this year and it has been wonderful! The staff is so attentive and the grounds are so well kept! So happy we finally found this community!!!
