My experience here was very excellent. I recieved a very warm welcoming from the staff. We were offered refreshments after being greeted. They have a variety of great Floorplans which most were available. All my questioned were answered in a timely manner. Irene showed us 3 Floorplan all of the homes were in great condition and clean.She was very professional and good at her job. I would recommend any of the homes I seen. I love the staff! super friendly and helpful! The maintenance team is the best I have ever had! I would recommend to anybody that is looking for a home!
I like the area but the maintenance system is a fail. No matter what I have called about, it always takes forever to get a maintenance tech to take care of it. Today, I noticed by front door lock had been tampered with and they told me to call El Paso poice department non-emergencey and file a complaint and that maintenance would be out to look at it yet I'm still waiting. It took them almost 1.5 months to get an oven rack that was missing upon move in and even then I had to call the front office at least 15 times. I could g... read more
Heard so many great things, we can't wait to move into our home!
We live on Post right now but have been talking about moving off. We happened to stumble upon North Hills Housing and we loved it. We will definitely be moving there a soon as we can.
