Hello I tried calling earlier and I got vm. I called later and got vm. Im up here in front of the office and spoke with someone about the change in management. She gave me a paper with the new information but I told her we didn't receive the email concerning the change. She also told me that if we have to change the email address on file they would have to do it in the office. When I moved out in 2018 I paid my move out fees and more as they said my military orders could not get me out of the contract (which one is not true). Here it is 2020 and I have settled this 3x already as they claim I didn’t pay it. I have provided photocopies of the checks and showed where they took the money out of my account. If u ask me that is shady. Do not move here unless your standards are really low.
RecommendedGreat and safe place to live. It's been my home for almost 2 years and I love it. Open to public (civilians like me). Staff is amazing, never have had to wait long for repairs. Big yard, garage, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms for a happy and healthy family living lol
At first I wasn’t too happy with the place but little did I know the leasing office and the maintenance team really care about the people, the neighborhood and their work. I had some issues and they were resolved either that day within an hour or the next day. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to George and his team and the maintenance team of course. this place is getting bad
I want to give a shout-out to Rene. Our refrigerator was not working properly and he came out and knew right away what the issue was. We tried a temporary fix that worked for a few days. Luis (maintenance director) came out the day we reported the continuing issue to the office staff, Lee Ann and Priscilla. Luis told us he would order a new refrigerator.
