Living here has had several ups and downs. This used to be such a cute little complex until about 2023. It’s gone through so many office employees, and it’s been borderline impossible to reach anyone about anything. We recently found out the complex was being purchased by a new company and go figure, we received zero information from the current owners about it. Please NEVER live here! The Rochester PD is here at least once a week. The office manager is so unprofessional. She comes into work wearing the most unprofessional clothes. She emails you as if she’s talking down to you. This place is a mess. They are only concerned about the things that do not matter. Collie (the office manager) threatened to tow my vehicle because I fit my car next to the company vehicle that was parked illegally. A beautiful apartment, amazing balcony view but poorly made, walls thin, carpet not correctly put in nor replaced or cleaned when I moved in. Hallways are always damaged or smell like cigarettes & vomit. No elevator in any building. The office rarely responded to my emails/calls & tried to scam me of money. Claiming I missed 2 months rent, when I brought the proof of my rent payment's the office worker claimed it wasn’t enough to confirm.
