The Five stars goes to Ms. Chiquita. She is. Very homely person. I walked in there and she instantly gave me all that i needed and she made sure i get all the information. She guided me and walked me through the application process. She made everything smooth and stressfree. She is a 10/10. Managing is not easy i see that she does her best to serve a people who dont utilize the apartments well, that could be why some of the comments are tlking about mice, etc. Most clients here dont seem very neat that makes the complex look... read more
Ms.Chiquita is the best, very professional asked all my questions took me on a tour. The pictures on Google do not express how marvelous she remodeled these apartments.
I have to say, the property manager, Ms. Chiquita Petit- Homme, is a wonderful person to work with! She has an upbeat attitude and is care free. If she can assist you in any way possible, she will. I recently lost my husband, was in a car accident, totaled my vehicle, and lost my job. I was scrambling to pay my bills.(rent, gas, electric, vet, get food and water, etc.) I was on the verge of losing it all!! Everything I worked for, I saw going down the drain.
