This is fraudulent advertising. These people will charge-back every "promotional discount" in added fees and charges. Spell it "the RIP-OFF at signal mountain". Old HUD housing fixed up and sold by Brookside Properties. We have finally received a check for $330.81 of the $500 security deposit for apt. 703-101 at the views of signal mountain. Thia place is ghetto and Im a black woman saying this. police are here all the time. Cars blasting music all hours of the day and night. Office staff do not respond to any concerns, they blow you off. Maintenance slow to respond, work order has been submitted 4 months ago. People work different shifts people should be respectful. Why the need to blast music all over the complex. There are noise ordinances and those lazy office staff need to do something about it.
I have been here 3yrs. And still love living here.
