It is currently 1:03 A.M. and our light fixtures are leaking fast and steady streams of water. 24-hour maintenance has been extremely unhelpful (they have laughed over the phone twice now). This is the third time we have had a maintenance issue and we have only lived here for three weeks. The View is cheaply furnished and ridiculously over priced for the crappy place we're supposed to call home. Do not fall for it. The View is nothing more than a cheaply built bait & switch apartment organization. Apartments are cheaply built, management is non responsive if you have issues. My daughter’s apartment had water damage from another apartment which had a pipe break, over 3 weeks ago and her apartment still has not been fixed. They lost her first month's rent check, which we have a receipt for. Even their corporate management team is non-responsive and will not return your calls.
