Terrible, half the things are broken and maintenance takes forever to fix it. It's gross and disgusting and the hallways and stairwells all smell terrible. They charge you extra for everything. I can't wait till I move out.
This is right after I have gotten out of the parking garage elevator. I got in, pressed the button to the first floor and it made a sound and light for the first floor went out and I became stuck in the elevator. I pressed the emergency button but it did not work! I had to bang on the elevator door until a very nice gentleman came and called the after hours number THAT WAS OF NO HELP. GET INTO THE ELEVATOR AT YOUR OWN RISK. Do NOT sign your lease here. Moving out of the dorms for my second year of college, I was completely blinded by all the talk of a new great place. Now that I am here I can see how bad of a decision I made when I signed my lease. My ceiling has been cut out because of rain, my window pours water when it rains, my fire alarm also pours water, the maintenance doesn't fix your issues, the front desk doesn't have any answers, and anyone from Waco can EASILY get in the building whenever they want.
