This place absolutely sucks, new management and all. Example: Micah, the manager, is incredibly "get out of my face so I can ignore your issue" friendly. Anyway. I got locked out of my room today. They changed the locks, in the middle of June, and didn't bother to see if maybe I still wanted to access my room for 2 more months. But they close at 6 on Friday so don't worry I'll be back tomorrow at 11 am to hopefully get in to my room. Mainly since "24-hour maintenance" means "...Continue Reading

The view is the best place to stay in Waco !!!! The staff is awesome and they always giving away free food !!!!!
I absolutely love this place the staff and residents are the coolest people you can ask for my only complaint is why I haven't moved here sooner
These are great apartments. A great place to call home. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. The view has great management that works hard to get everything right!
Basically a dorm but bigger, it's a nice place. There's no place to build ramps though.
The view is a great place to live and it's close to campus.
