I honestly don't recommend living here. Not worth it at all
This place has been through a lot. We had a very bad roach invasion from summer sub leasers, but the office staff made sure that Orkin came right away & took care of it. It has gone through a lot of management, some better than others. It seems like things are getting better now, the outside isn't as dirty as it used to be. Even though I'm moving for fall, I can't wait to see the new upgrades.
Staff is very willing to work with your situations very respectful and caring love the new staff
I like the new management and Melissa is always helpful when I come to the office
Starting Pembroke in the fall & The View already feels like home � Be sure to talk with Melissa, she's the bomb!
I love the staff, like Melissa & Nauteca, they're respectful and kind. Apartments are very nice as well.
