Be careful... they charge you fees for maintenance before checking your move-in form!! They want to you to pay full month rent when your contract ends mid-month... the company taking advantage of college students.
Having problems with the key cards, all the time. I can’t wait to leave here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. It is convenient to the school so that’s a good thing. The staff is getting better, just too many bad instances that happened in the past that’s ruined it for me. I hope it gets better soon!
*****The rating is purely for the Maintenance crew***** Who are awesome and so sweet. They come within the allotted time to check out what's wrong and they really care to make sure everything is working properly and give temporary solutions to problems until they can get the parts to fix it properly.
