As far as parking they have a parking lot and 85-90% don't use it because your charged extra on top of your apartment and will be towed away and thats without a ticket like anywhere else in the city. Now they don't park across the parking lots driveway but across the street they park across the alley way of their Neighbors and at times complete blocking the pathway . I had a tour scheduled and when i realized i would be arriving late, i called the office and let them know. Mikki, Nikki(what ever her name was) stated the leasing agent left at 12pm. I let her know that was a lie because i sat there from 11:30- 1pm waiting for her. She then proceeds to say well what do you want me to do? Do you want to reschedule or not. I've lived here for 1.5 years now and have had several packages stolen. Management does nothing about it, there is little to no security to protect them, and it is tiresome to deal with. Management also never calls me back when I report these incidents. I've been asking for months for them to build a package room - annoying. Other than this it has been a nice place to live
