Nightmare I toured these apartments back in July, moved in at the beginning of August and it has been a nightmare ever since. When I toured, I was told by Jami, one of the leasing agents, that their units had remedied noise issues because they installed a padding between the floors. That is not true at all. I can hear my upstairs neighbor every time they move. In addition to that, there are bugs everywhere, I spray multiple times per week and will still find bugs.
