Maintenance was great, the place was clean. However the place is not kid friendly at all. I guess the floors are thin enough where the unit below can hear everything even if you are just casually walking in your home. The lady before Adam who was managing the property was extremely rude about my kids bike being in our paid parking stall.
My husband and I have lived here since 2017 and we have enjoyed so very much having Holly as our property representative. She has been such a pleasure to work with and you can tell she is there for her residents 110%. If you are looking for a nice place in Madison to live with a wonderful property rep, The View apartments are for you! We will miss being residents here for sure!
I stayed at The View for 7 months and I had nothing short of a positive experience. The location is ideal, and the complex is surrounded by a quiet neighborhood which was ideal for walking my dogs. Holly Rivera, the Property Manager, is amazing! Lisa Rezna, the Leasing Consultant, was also wonderful. The apartment complex is always clean, has respectful tenants, and always felt safe and secure.
The management is very nice here, as well as the place itself is also very nice. Being 2 minutes from Metro Market is also a big benefit, and the Great Dane Pub is right across the street. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to live in Madison.
I stayed at The View for over a year and would have continued much longer if my job didn't require me to move. The staff is great, the facilities are very nice, and, you can't beat the view (you will know pretty quickly why it's called The View). Holly, the apartment manager is quick to respond, act, and communicate. All around great place.
