I read a review with the exact same experience I had. Was somewhat excited to possibly rent here as the building seems nice. But the person answering the phone was enough for me to never inquire here again. Answered “hello” as if this wasn’t even a real business and was short, not helpful, and shouldn’t be dealing with future residents. Literally no one I talked to when inquiring about apartments was like this. If you hate it so much pass the phone to someone or stick to email.

Whatever guy just answered the business phone when I called answered with "hello". Never gave me his name, and rushed me off the phone. He had an attitude as if he was irritated that I was inquiring apartments. No thanks.

I live here and absolutely adore this place. The architecture is amazing, the Landlord is a sweetheart, and it is pet friendly!
