The commons areas are always dirty. ALWAYS. The 15th floor carpet is always COVERED in dog hair… it seems like it is cleaned once a month. The reception furniture looks like it was pulled out of a dumpster, it’s always got deliveries scattered all over the place and the walls are chipped or have dirt or marks on them. This building is the absolute worst! The elevator has been out for 2 full months and management keeps lying about when it will be fixed. Horrible management. The last manager James quit and now they have a temporary manager Ali. She is rude, untruthful, and unprofessional. Stay away from this horrible building!
Horrible experience! Very unprofessional, disappointing service from management towards tenants. Dirty! Elevators broken quite often! Never again!
We moved into the building earlier this year. Leasing was incredibly helpful showing a few different units and were flexible with showing units at short notice. The move in process was smooth and the unit was clean and well maintained. There have been occasional issues with one elevator (out of four) being down, but that has happened in all buildings I have lived in. We moved into the Versailles in August of 2022 and rented here for 14 months. Overall, I would not recommend this building to anyone, and will instruct everyone I know to stay far away. Let's start with the positives: beautiful Prewar architecture, square footage of units, front desk staff, and access to amenity spaces like a dog park and guest suite (more on this later).
