Spacious. Poor water pressure in shower. Dryer must be run at least twice to actually dry your clothes. Risk of noisy neighbors. Seems almost everyone FLIES through the narrow, windy streets of the residential complex in their vehicles; I'm astonished there aren't more collisions. The houses are nice, though.
I have been living in IUP Copper Beech since I first came to IUP, which is almost 4 years ago. It is a great place and I just love it.
