Really like living here... have an option for having a furnished apartment, space is great, it's quiet and cozy. One thing I would change is a slight improvement on the upgrades that trhwy were doing... some was not fully complete.
terrible. they tell you conflicting things about your lease and no one know what they are talking about EVER. BE HOMELESS BEFORE YOU LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! plus, my dishwasher has been acting funny since we moved in and it was never fixed!
Anyone looking to sublease for the summer? I live in a two bedroom two bathroom water included 515 a month.
Copper Beech is a nice place to live at, the apartments have a good amount of room especially the two bedrooms. They have became more secure since hiring security and being able to make it a safer place to live. Another plus is they have become pet friendly, making it more of an options with people who have pets or want to get one.
I love living at copper, the rooms are spacious and include modern up to date furniture. Management has always emailed or called back if a problem occurred. It is clean and security is right there if you need them. I wish I lived there longer than just my senior year!
The units are really nice. There is a ton of counter space, cabinet space and closet space. The people in the leading office are all very nice, especially Heidi, she is so great! The manager is really accommodating as well. All of my neighbors are pretty quiet, we can hear our upstairs neighbors walking around, but I think that's normal in all apartments.
