Very spacious townhomes! The staff is super nice and helpful.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. My roommate is unable to use his bathroom because the floorboards have rotted through from water damage. It's been a month and they have yet to look at it, while we have a giant crack in our ceiling where water is leaking through. There have been issues with the checks we use for rent for a lot of people that live here, so many people have late fees. The office says they cannot do anything about the checks and are very unaccomodating. Our electric bill runs upwards of $200 each month because in the year tha... read more
They are horrible. I have almost $200 in late fees because their system broke down and rejected my check, along with a lot of my friends checks. They didn't even notify me and the majority of the time don't pick up the phone. Very poor service and an unwillingness to own up to their mistakes. So now for the rest of my lease (10 months) I will be stuck having to pay through money order, which costs me extra money and a lot of extra time (something me as a college student, and full time worker doesn't have a lot of). The apartments are over priced considering nothing worked properly when I moved in. Maintenance is a joke and management isn’t any better. When I moved in I had a broken toilet, fridge, and had to clean actual trash out of my pantry and off my deck. During the winter the heat won’t go past 55 degrees and your electric bill will be almost $200.
Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else. Maybe if they had less unnecessary giveaways to residents they could afford to fix up the apartments. Just saying.
This is the worst off campus housing to live in! They don't fix any of your problems. We have dealt with mold in our house and among many other severe issues that they were not swift to handle .. they weren't in a hurry to fix the issue until parents got involved. They overlook every issue when they shouldn't especially for the amount of money we pay! DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE IN CHOOSING THIS PROPERTY!
