I was locked out of my apartment the other night and I tried calling their office but I wasn't notified of their changed hours. I trying the after hours number as well and it didn't work. This place has barely done anything to fix my lock and it still isn't fixed. If you're looking for awful management, you can find here...
The overages for our apartment happened every single month when we never had the lights on, did laudry once a week, and the worst part about that is there were only 2 of us in the 3 bedroom apartment. Not impressed.
So glad I resigned at the Grove! Love my apartment and the staff!
Have had no problems with neither the management or the staff. Anthony Reed is just one of the prime examples of how great the staff is. He is so welcoming I feel like we are friends when I speak with him.
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from January 1, 2015 to July 2015. It's a 3 bedroom apartment and rent is 534.50 a month all bills included. You get your own bedroom, bathroom, & walk in closet. July is already paid for so you'd only be responsible for January-June! If interested please let me know ASAP! Call/text 936-404-8244
Worst experience of my life. The problems started on the first day we moved in. Do not move into this place! They will do everything they can to try and charge you for things you shouldn't be charged for. They are very unorganized and do not help answer your questions. Charges would randomly show up on our account and they could never explain why. If I could give zero stars I would!
No way I would recommend this place to anyone.....not even my worst enemy!
It's a great apartment complex! if I ever have any issues the wonderful staff helps me through them step by step. It also has a great community!
