Verified Renter Very fast service when we need it, and very friendly, understanding office staff. Convenient to pay rent, submit trouble tickets etc. area is very nice.

Verified Renter I've lived here for quit a while and I think that speaks for itself.its a great place to live close to grocery stores gas stations and the bus is right outside of the community if your car became unavailable

The Verandahs Apartment I've been here almost two years and I staff is great all 3 woman n the in the office, maintenance guys r great and if I have any problems they come In a timely fashion The husband and wife construction workers and their team are great!! I appreciate them all!!! I have great neighbours and the grounds r getting worked on . I'm grateful for my place.

Verified Renter It’s okay, just could be a little cleaner. Some areas have trash consistently (garbage bags left for days). Also sometimes the trash dump is full. Wish there were multiple areas to dump trash.

Verified Renter The verandahs is a great place to live. Angie at the leasing office is the best!!! Only issue is that the buildings are wood everything so floors creak and my dog can shake the place when he jumps.
Great Community The community itself is great. It's clean, beautiful scenery, lots of parking. neighbors are friendly for the most part, but I would definitely choose the upper unit. I have noticed that the neighbors above us are super loud (all hours of the night & day). Besides this problem, the apartment complex is great. This is my boyfriend's first apartment and he loves it. Great office personnel, Great Maintenance team The lady’s in the office are always attentive to their residences inquiries. Whenever I put in a request it is thoroughly noted and handled very quickly and the correct way. I’ve been here for almost a year and plan to be here for a while.
