Verified Renter we just moved in a week ago and so far it is wonderful, it is a very quiet area. We haven't gotten to use the pool and gym yet but we are looking forward to it. The staff we have encountered are fantastic.

Verified Renter I have lived at the Verandahs for 3 years. The staff in the rental office have always been kind and helpful. The maintenance staff have responded quickly when I have had an urgent service request and in a normal amount of time for regular requests. The property is beautiful and the day porter and lawn care staff do a good job to keep it looking nice. The only thing that really bothers me is how often the trash compactor breaks and the nasty mess when the trash piles up.

Verified Renter Overall a great place to live. The surrounding woods have nice trails, although they are highly littered by residents who don’t clean up after themselves, but I’m sure that happens everywhere. Great location, close to everything you could need. And the staff is very accommodating.
