Verified Renter It has been absolutely great living here the area is quiet the neighbors are friendly the property is clean the stores are close by and the rental office staff is awesome, lastly and the most important part is the maintenance staff is friendly, competent and your work orders get taken care of quickly I love where I reside and have no intention of relocating any time soon

Verified Renter It has only been 2 months but so far things have been great. We have had a couple of issues and maintenance responded quickly. It is very quiet and people are very friendly. We just had one incident of noise when we first arrived from a party, but so far nothing else that has come up.

Verified Renter we just moved in a week ago and so far it is wonderful, it is a very quiet area. We haven't gotten to use the pool and gym yet but we are looking forward to it. The staff we have encountered are fantastic.

Verified Renter I have lived at the Verandahs for 3 years. The staff in the rental office have always been kind and helpful. The maintenance staff have responded quickly when I have had an urgent service request and in a normal amount of time for regular requests. The property is beautiful and the day porter and lawn care staff do a good job to keep it looking nice. The only thing that really bothers me is how often the trash compactor breaks and the nasty mess when the trash piles up.
