Verified Renter A pretty nice place to live! Occasional noise issues (children playing outside, school functions with megaphones) but otherwise no issues. Leasing office is very helpful in my experience. Rent is comparable to area.

Verified Renter I didn't bring much furniture with me, so I spent a considerable amount of time shopping on-line and with local merchants. On the second day, a hot water line burst in the utility room, creating some excitement!.It also took some time to acquaint myself with basic services (like the advanced thermostats). All in all, I found the administrative and support staff to be friendly. And the natural beauty of the surroundings is a major positive advantage.

I will say that Alexa made this transition easy and effortlessly. The apartment is beautiful, the apartment complex is central and close to various grocery stores and shops. 10/10 recommend!!

Verified Renter Very quiet, nice apartment, no bugs. Staff is very friendly, every neighbor I met has been incredibly nice. Free parking, clean grounds. Only thing is the dog poop stations need more bags.

Verified Renter It has only been 2 months but so far things have been great. We have had a couple of issues and maintenance responded quickly. It is very quiet and people are very friendly. We just had one incident of noise when we first arrived from a party, but so far nothing else that has come up.
