Doc Wilson is awesome I just have an issue with front desk I was waiting for a document that was to be ready at four the first time I checked it was early so I let the I could careless attitude slide when I came back at the appropriate time was greeted with “nothing yet” and that’s it and the young lady started having a personal conversation at this time I feel like I’m bothering her so I just sit down What happened to let me see what I can do find out 420 pm

I am only reviewing the front desk. I relocated here recently with full HMO coverage. I called to book an appointment and was told they needed to go physically to the office to pick up a release form to obtain all of my previous records before an appointment could be made. This is a first after relocating many times. I understand the intent is continuity of care, but the desire for continuity of care is preventing me from making an appointment in the meantime to address my healthcare issue. They have great doctors, excellent choice they really listen to your needs
I’m done here .. two visits and 28 phone calls .. ..mostly on hold , was more than enough . Y’all need more customer support and less of let’s get you in the office so we can bill you again . Terribly disappointed with this office and patient portal was a joke .
Been waiting for the PA for Dr Kile to call me back going on 3 days now. Have been told 2 days in a row she will call me and I have heard nothing from her. I'm a little upset. I'm calling again today to see what they tell me again.
