I am a current resident of this apartment and when I signed the lease I had thought I had a great deal. It turns out that they are not truthful with details of what to expect. DO NOT EXPECT THE TRUTH FROM THEM especially when it comes to billing. First you are forced to pay for basic cable at $55 whereas you could get a better deal from the same company (Charter) that will include internet services and even a landline phone. Do not apply online, do not believe what any site says. They take your money and then call you and tell you they have zero units available in your range and try to "upgrade" you. They charged me money and then told me when I asked to have the fee refunded. " It will be a check from Corporate and will take 30 days". This place is a joke and now I am going on a review rampage. I will dispute the charge on the basis of services not rendered and fraudulent advertising.
