The Venue This newly remolded apartment is very aesthetically pleasing. The entire outside was redone as well as additional features added to the inside. Outside amenities includes an exercise room and swimming pool, both of which are well maintained. A patio is included in all units. The washer and dryer are in the unit and that room has a lot of storage area. Repairs are done quickly. I've lived here for 4 years and love it.
Home As soon as I walked in the office in search of a new home. Their leasing representative was sitting waiting win a smile. She graciously showed me a unit that I fell in love with as soon as I saw it. The into was remodeled beautifully. The decor, inside and out was nice. The customer service I receive from the office made me believe I was going to have a wonderful year spent here. I'm happy to say that just last week I resigned my lease with The Venue and I'm excited to start new memories in this place that I call home.
Average I've been living here for the past year. The first check I wrote out to them, they over charged me by $650.00. Then they missed counted our lease term and only gave me 11 months when I asked for 12months. I should have looked at it more carefully. I found them on this app and paid pretty reasonably.
