Lived here from 2015 to 2024. It has gone really down hill. After moving out they charge you for services they do not actually do such as "house keeping", I cleaned extensively. They then back charged me for prior bill for services such as water from months ago. Cleaning carpets for carpet that has to be replaced from age and use. To all potential residents, run away.

If we're paying a minimum of $1100 for rent, then at the bare minimum we should have access to hot water. They said at the end of the day it would be back and still nothing. It’s ridiculous, and they keep charging me pet rent. but at least the staff ladies are amazing and super nice. Edit: While I was reading reviews, it turns out this has been a problem for YEARS. These are by far the worst apartments ever. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They allow your car to be towed even before they actually added the marked parking spots. They continually don't have hot water. They don't like to fix anything. Even after they discover your vehicle was towed in error they don't reimburse you for having to go get it back. They lie don't believe anything they say
Wonderful apartment complex very clean and quiet. I love the floor plans and the customer service was very warm and friendly.
