This office was extremely helpful in diagnosising my ankle issue and setting me on the right path for healing. All the staff were professional and excellent about updating me with test results, etc. I live in Ochclocknee Ga, but will definitely use this office for my issues.
Poor communication. I never would have not went through with the procedure had I know how many incisions they had to make. Even one of the nurses stated she feels like she failed me because she felt if had more information up front that I would have never gone through with the procedure. I went to this practice last year for issues related to varicose veins. First, I did not like the structure of this practice because the surgeon (Dr. Brumberg) did not participate in any of my pre- or post-op appointments, and I had issues with the staff communicating to him a concern I had post-surgery. Additionally, this practice missed a diagnosis of a compressed vein in my pelvic area that contributed to the varicose vein problems in my left leg.
