Our visit started out badly when they scheduled an appointment for 7:30am. Upon arrival we found that the office doesn't open until 8am. Very inconsiderate of the staff. Treatment by the staff got even worse. Unless your life depends on it, don't subject your self to this arrogant operation. The attitude of almost always reflects the attitude of management.
This office was extremely helpful in diagnosising my ankle issue and setting me on the right path for healing. All the staff were professional and excellent about updating me with test results, etc. I live in Ochclocknee Ga, but will definitely use this office for my issues.
Poor communication. I never would have not went through with the procedure had I know how many incisions they had to make. Even one of the nurses stated she feels like she failed me because she felt if had more information up front that I would have never gone through with the procedure. I I assured her that she was correct. I would have never done it.
