The first 2 appts were pleasant and informative. Day of my procedure upon checkin the receptionist asked for the total amount; however, I did not bring my wallet this visit due to having the procedure. I asked the week before if I could pay something toward my bill and was told I didn't owe anything. She told me that without payment they could not do anything else and asked if I wanted to reschedule.
