The A/C has apparently stopped working in the middle of summer. I've tried contacting The Vault numerous times about it, yet they still have not picked up the phone. It has reached 85 DEGREES in my apartment going on 4 days in a row. Altman Management is as bad as it comes, when looking for apartments to live at, please do not choose this place, look elsewhere.
The Vault has been my primary residence for over a year now and I want to give Melanie and Frankie their flowers as they are always super helpful. Appreciate all of their help and it's always a pleasure to see them in the lobby.
On multiple occasions I've found dog urine and feces in the elevator. The dog area they offer is littered with feces and basically unusable. Shortly after my move‑in, the resident in the adjacent unit was evicted for noise issues and the subsequent occupant was arrested for fraud. I lived at the Vault for two years. I had a wonderful experience. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are really nice. Melanie and Frankie are amazing!! They are very attentive to their tenants and are always on top of things. Highly recommended!
The Vault is such a great place to live because of the location and the Manager Melanie. Melanie listens to all of the residents and makes it a wonderful place to be. The location is really nice because Main Street is not a far walk as well as the buses to the city. Overall, would absolutely recommend!
