The Vault is such a great place to live because of the location and the Manager Melanie. Melanie listens to all of the residents and makes it a wonderful place to be. The location is really nice because Main Street is not a far walk as well as the buses to the city. Overall, would absolutely recommend!
Living at The Vault for over 2 years now has honestly been such a great experience. A big part of that is cause of Melanie, the property manager. She’s super friendly, always on top of things, and makes you feel like you’re more than just another tenant. If you need something, she’s quick to help and actually listens, which is rare these days. Currently In the process of signing my lease but wanted to give a huge shout out Melanie and Altman management. Melanie has worked with me almost daily the past two weeks to help me become a resident answering all of my difficult questions and was super responsive and communicative during the whole process. Thank you Melanie!
I’ve been one of The Vault’s first tenants and have loved living here ever since! Melanie and Frankie are amazing—Frankie, in particular, always brightens my day and is incredibly helpful whenever something needs fixing. The rooftop is hands-down my favorite part of living here, offering a great space to relax. It would be great to see some community events in the future to bring neighbors together. Overall, The Vault is a safe and welcoming apartment community, and I couldn’t be happier to call it home!
