I cannot say enough about Gary and his staff. I took my 87 year old father in to have a battery replaced in his watch. Gary not only replaced it, but would not accept his money! That meant so much to my dad because the last jeweler he took it to broke the crystal and he had to replace it. Bless you Gary and your staff.

Have I told you lately how much I LOVE The Vault Jewelers? I had to take my ring in to get resized (for free btw) and was able to find a "substitute" for the interm for $50! Love these guys, always so kind and helpful :)
My fiancée and I picked out my ring with Ashley at The Vault. We had such a great experience and my ring is beyond beautiful. They added the euro shank free of charge and over nighted it to Vegas, where my fiancée lives. We will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands.
