Well, At the Vault, They will give you $10 for a $100 card, LIE to you, then turn around and sell that card for $50-$80. The Vault is a great place to sell your stuff! The pay generally the highest prices in the area. In my case, the price they paid me was MUCH higher than anyone else I went to.
