Beautiful building but sadly the tenants and incompetent management really make it bad. First off the police is ALWAYS here and on the 5th floor adjacent to the elevator there’s ALWAYS a domestic dispute or a druggie neighbor harrassing someone, including myself. Hallways and elevators often have urine in them and the packaging system is so bad, a lot of packages go missing. Great place to live come on down to vale
I have been living at The Vale since June, and I truly could not be happier with my decision! My apartment is absolutely beautiful, the space is fantastic, and the amenities make daily living such a joy. Beyond the building itself, the energy here is wonderful—everyone on staff is helpful, and the overall community is so warm and friendly.
