I am writing to formally express my ongoing concerns about the condition and management of this building. Unfortunately, it is not living up to the standards advertised or the rent being charged. The cleaning staff appears to only service the main lobby. I live on the first floor, and the stairwell directly in front of my apartment is consistently dirty. I moved into the Vale on December 1st 2024 ran by The Cim Group, they are so amazing .I follow them to buildings they oversee and manage. I know the integrity and level of service they provide is top notch Everything is Amazing here The building is so peaceful and Beautiful,and I found my forever home. The assistant property manager is on top of the building from Security to Maintenance and anything you need assistance with. Francis the Conceirge goes above and beyond to help every tenant.
