We bought a home while out of state, and could not have done it without Karlie's expertise. She made herself available on very short notice since we had a tight window of time in which to find something. She was very patient, and was happy to walk through homes with us as many times as needed so we could feel comfortable with our decision. She definitely made us feel prioritized and was responsive to our many questions. Would recommend her to anyone searching for their next home.

Spring and her team were absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, and would always answer my call for whatever questions I had. She was able to get us squared away very quickly, and got us into our new home before Christmas. I loved that they used DocuSign, because it made things move much faster. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone that is looking to do any sort of real estate transaction.
