I love this facility when I had my Colonoscopy and my Endoscopy about a year ago. The Nurses have an Excellent Care even Dr. Chacon has the excellent care she's the best. When she did my procedure I didn't feel anything no pain at all. Dr Chacon ROCKS. I give her a 5 Star

The doctor I saw was a good listener and helped me with my issue. My discontent is with the process in which you are seen and the length of time in waiting area. They take your payment before seeing doctor, so you are held captive. I waited 3 hrs for a 5 minute consultation. 2 hrs in waiting area and 1 hour in consultation room. Four different excuses: Dr takes time with patients; We're wating for a room for you; We've been very busy this morning; Our computers went down. Yeah, yeah yeah! We were referred to Dr Espinoza by her infectious disease specialist. very patient and thorough doctor. Having said that, this isn't a reflection on Dr Espinoza but towards DHR and the Urology Institute. Originally mother was admitted for possible infections of the bladder. They ran almost every test and had several specialists see her. The only relevant testing she needed was something that the hospital itself didn't perform but you have to go across the street to the Urology Institute which is medium size clinic if anythin... read more
Love Dr Alonso & his staff. I have always been treated wonderfully. He also always gets me to other Drs if needed.
