So far been waiting 5 hours for surgery after fasting since yesterday and still no ETA in site. LOTS if nursing staff walking around but nothing gets done. What is going on in this place???

We spent approximately 5 minutes in the waiting area before being promptly called in. Our appointment was at 2:30 and by 2:36 we were in a room! My father is in a wheelchair with limited mobility but Chris and Efrain gladly helped lift him onto the exam table and verbally encouraged him every step of the way during his test.
