If you are not able to be seen by your regular doctor/s, this facility is the place to go! Large, spacious, comfortable, lots of convenient parking, and a staff that are top notch! My son was diagnosed with shingles and needed a script. It was faxed over to our pharmacy, and was ready by the time we got there! Avoid the nightmare of ER waiting rooms and longer than average wait times. This is your staff and facility to take care of your urgent medical care needs! We have always come here, and will be sure to return again!
I arrived soon after the doors opened and was seen quickly. With Rx Medications my symptoms are already improving. In the future I won't wait so long before coming in for an assessment. I am terrified of Doctors from bad experiences, but I was not intimidated at the Urgency Room ... the staff was helpful, compassionate, and put me at ease. I highly recommend The Urgency Room - Merriam to my friends.
I went today at 4:15 knowing you close at 5:00 needing to be checked for possible sinus infection and wanting to get on antibiotics. The doors were locked and the nurse came to the door and said, "sorry, we are closing early due to the weather".
