I am sitting here with my 76 year old uncle and we have been sitting outside in the car for an hour. He's feeling weak and can not stand on his own. The VA sent us here.
Terrible experience: I needed a COVID test and the website says there's rapid, drive-through testing available. There's not. You need to call from the parking lot and get a walk-in appointment. I sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to talk to anyone about what I needed, then waiting another hour just to get in to do the test. The nurse was extremely rude on the phone, getting frustrated at me when I asked some questions. Wow.....I've been going to Impact Urgent Care facilities now for over 10 years and have very please until now. I took my wife in yesterday for her noon online appt check-in; she saw the doctor at 1:15. Was prescribed an antibiotic for an ear infection and sent home. Today she is much worse. All I wanted was to get to speak to the doctor or have someone talk to the doctor for me to see if we should perhaps change meds on stay the course. Bottom line, don't go to the Austin Hwy location. RecommendedMy son Got sent home from school because of a runny nose and wasn’t allowed to go back for 10 days unless he had a negative Covid test. They got me back within 30 minutes and I got my sons results within 15 minutes. Everyone was super friendly including the front desk. I highly recommend this place.

Recommendedonly reason I'm saying yes is because the doctor addressed all my concerns about the rude girls working and helped me 100% and was very kind and apologetic about the employees. I came here to get a doctors note proving I was seen so I could return to work. the person I called sent me all over and for some reason wouldnt just see me right away and sent me to the thornton one because that's where I got covid testing done even tho this was a completely unrelated visit. girls that worked there were super rude and one of the girl... read more
Terrible service. Even with an 8 am appointment, be the first in line as soon as it opens, call to check in on time, I was not the first served, others were having covid tests before me. 9:30 needed to leave for a meeting for work. No call to check in with me that entire time. I called them and the receptionist was incredibly rude and offered no help, explanation or alternative. Will never return here.

we made an appointment for 10:30 this morning, for a covid test for my 7 year old son. He is symptomatic and was exposed to someone who tested positive. it is 12:45pm and we are still waiting... they have only told me "another 45 minutes" each time I've called in to check. I've never felt so dismissed and unseen.
Do not use for Covid testing. Continuing unresponsiveness on results, still waiting 5 days later, and reps lie about when results will be given. Last guy told me to call the lab for my results. Worst service imaginable.
